Hi!  My name is Ally from London and Dad to Bashir who has MDS. We also suspect he may have some sort of Autism. however professionals do not always agree but we parents knows best.

He was born in Jan 1994 and he is the only child. However he has plenty cousins and friends. He is very sociable but is very routinely bound in many ways.  He goes to mainstream school which even though has had lots of positive effects on but now in secondary school seems to be more difficult for him to manage through.

I have been involved in lots of activities towards raising awareness of disability and Down syndrome. I offer support through a group which I created and is called UpsideofDowns.
